It feels like blood will come out of my pinky toes?

whenever i go swimming it feels like the blood in my pinky toes will cut my skin and go out on both of my feet .. its really annoying and i cant swim anymore, i noticed this 2 years ago btu since i dont swim that much i just noticed it again today
