I CANT SLEEP................?

The trouble is you have trained your mind to be like this. Try changing this bad habit by disciplining yourself and adjusting your sleeping schedule. It may not be easy at first but your body will get used to it as you go along. Also, you need to take a lot of exercises in the morning while exposing yourself in the morning sun. Avoid eating foods with too much caffeine like energy boosting fluids bought in the market. If you become used to this, you won't get enough sleep all the time.
