Which CD has an artichoke with a melted pat of butter on it?

I just found this CD and I dont know if it's worth polishing because I don't know what CD it is and it won't play. The CD itself has a green artichoke with a square of butter melting on it and yellow flames in the background. It was in my garage so my guess is that it is rock and roll of some sort.
