Is this plan good for losing weight?

Lunchables will not help you lose weight! All it is processed junk! Bring a healthy sandwich and some veggies and fruit! Nuts are also very fattening and have a lot of calories. Stick to fruit and veggies as snacks. You may also want to try to eat something more filling for breakfast like oatmeal or cereal such as Special K, Cheerios, etc. They will keep you feeling full longer and will help you not each as much through out the rest of the day. Also try to exersize for at least 30 mins daily. Hope I helped!
