I have a question about my dogs eye sleepy crusties lol !?

So my dog always gets sleep in his eyes just like people do and alot of dogs do, just yellow gross stuff in the corners when he wakes up in the morning. Was just wondering if anyone else has had the same problem and if there is anything I can buy or use or do to make it go away, or even go away just a bit. Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks!
