Extension cords for generators?

have a 7.5 k watt generator i plan on using 110 side only. I have 2 110 plugs on the generator. What gauge amp extension cords would i need to balance the load. i need it in 50 or 100 ft length. im not trying to go crazy with this its for hurricanes mainly to run a 8k BTU ac unit a micro fridge and a few lights
