AC + Furnace. Opinion, opinion, opinion...?

I just have an estimate from Sears HVAC salesman for a replacement of new AC and Furnace unit both Kenmore for $8,200. Details: Furnace - 80% 90,000 BTU 2 stage, AC 13 seer 30,000 cooling BTU 2.5 ton. Use the existing duct system, connect to existing electrical and install new line set for AC. This quote doesn't comes w/ any additional warranty. Expensive or not. Please I need opinion ASAP.
