Poll: Have you ever eaten an artichoke?

Yes a lot --- they taste very good. But I only had artichoke hearts in restaurant an in cans --- they taste so good just out of the can with nothing more. But I did not succeed to cook a fresh myself. I simply did not find a region like hearts, and the leaves of the flower is not my case.
