Is this good so far today?

Sounds good. You could maybe add in a source of protein with your dinner. Make sure you eat wholegrain bagels as they are higher in fibre, helping digestion. You could maybe add in some more snacks like an apple or some berries and yoghurt. You could do with more calcium as it is very important for young girls to build strong bones to avoid osteoporosis. Cream cheese and spinach are good sources however you could have a glass of milk before bed as well. You should eat at least 1500 calories a day if you're a teen and trying to lose weight, 2000 if you're not. Stay away from the processed spray cheese! Sounds horrible, swap it with some low fat cheddar and maybe use rye crackers instead of triscuits.
