High-End Restaurant... Healthiest & lowest in fat entree? please help me decide!?

I agree with the crafters list although I would put the seared scallops above the sea bass being healthier. Both the fat from the macadamia nuts and coconut sauce would be least healthy than the toasted couscous. Plus hello seared tuna? hmmmmmm it's the best!
